Yet another late contest prize, one more to go! \o/ Chibi Minato for my dearest Sei (~Healingwind)! I've had this drawn and just waiting to be coloured in my folder for months and months; idk why I didn't get at it earlier but I finally did just now.

It felt great to use my tablet again! A quick colouring job in only half an hour (must be a record for me) but I hope a good one, and I hope Sei likes it because that's really all that matters to me |D
