Korra: Settling Scores

Probably the thousandth Korra fanart on deviantART, but I wanted to try drawing her and it was delightful! Reference used for the pose, because I wanted her to look especially badass: given the items in her hands, you can expect what she might unleash on an unlucky Equalist captive xD

The idea of the zen circle – peaceful and balanced, like the theme of the show – appealed to me and ended up becoming a major focal point when I colored this. I further ~balanced~ the composition with the kanji on the right: the four elements in big print, the date I drew it in the smaller (June 8, a Friday) and the word "legend" faded out behind it.
